Ontario’s Superior Court approved a notice plan for a class action settlement against Aviva Insurance Company of Canada on behalf of Ontario denturists. The class covers insured denturists under Commercial Policy 81278157, including restricted-access/negative publicity coverage. Claims relate to lost business income from civil authority COVID-19 closures or nearby outbreaks. A settlement agreement was signed July 2, 2026, objections are due August 28, 2026, and final approval is pending.
