One Liberty Properties posts 10.3% Q2 rental gain and $100M credit
One Liberty Properties reported a 10.3% year-over-year rise in Q2 rental income, supported by accretive industrial acquisitions. The REIT sold non-core retail properties for $16.3 million in net proceeds and gains, and obtained a new $100 million revolving credit facility. Occupancy stayed strong at 97.6%, though quarterly revenue fell 12.9% to $293.12 million, with Consumer Floral & Gifts down 13.4%.
