Ondas to buy Aran Defense manufacturing operations in Israel for $33.9m

Ondas is expanding its Israel operations and agreed to acquire Aran Research & Development’s manufacturing operations by purchasing all shares of Aran Defense. The $33.9m deal, announced July 24, is intended to expand engineering, manufacturing and production capacity for autonomous defense systems. Aran serves Israel’s Defense Ministry and defense customers and generated an estimated $17m in 2025 revenue.
