Ola Electric Mobility launched an expanded BESS portfolio on Aug 17, 2026, introducing Shakti Gen2 for residential backup, Shakti Rack (AC/DC) for commercial and telecom/DC uses, and Mahashakti for large industrial and utility-scale storage. Rack variants are slated from March 2027, while an MHI timeline revision extends access to incentives for a 20 GWh allocation.
