Oklo announced its Groves Isotope Test Reactor in Lockhart, Texas achieved first criticality on August 6, reaching a controlled self-sustaining chain reaction in under a year. Management said the path from greenfield to criticality is under 11 months. The company expects isotope revenue in H1 2027 and reports $3 billion cash after raising $1.9 billion, alongside updated 2026 cash flow and capex guidance.
