Ocado Group confirmed that, as of 31 August 2026, it has 846,174,210 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one vote, with no shares held in treasury. It says 10,546,566 shares in its employee benefit structures are treated as treasury for accounting and excluded from EPS, leaving 835,627,644 shares for total voting rights reporting under UK FCA transparency rules.
