Nykaa will acquire a 51% stake in Mumbai-based skincare brand Aminu for Rs 32 crore in an all-cash deal, according to its stock exchange filing. Aminu, founded in 2019, reported Rs 19.5 crore revenue in FY26. Nykaa said Aminu strengthens its premium skincare focus, with R&D capabilities and omnichannel distribution, alongside 29% YoY growth in beauty segment net sales in the June quarter.
