Mediatek will adopt Nvidia’s NVLink Fusion platform, using NVLink Fusion chiplets, NVLink-C2C connectivity, and NVHBM memory to enable hyperscalers and developers to create NVLink-connected rack-scale AI factories and support future vehicle platforms for physical AI.
