Nutrien’s board declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.55 per share, payable October 16, 2026, to shareholders of record on September 29, 2026. Canadian residents in the share register and certain CDS beneficial holders will receive dividends in Canadian dollars using the Bank of Canada daily average exchange rate on September 29, 2026. Registered shareholders can change dividend currency and enroll for direct deposit through Computershare.
