NTT DATA is acquiring its Swedish ServiceNow partner Netgain. Combined with The Cloud People, acquired in December 2025, Netgain will form Sweden’s largest pure-play ServiceNow company. Netgain, founded in 2008 in Stockholm, offers advisory, implementation, managed services and AI-powered workflow transformation, strengthening NTT DATA’s ServiceNow growth across the Nordics.
