Northrop Grumman to Pay $75M Settlement to Los Angeles Homeowners
Northrop Grumman has agreed to set aside $75 million to resolve a Los Angeles class action brought by homeowners in Canoga Park and Winnetka who alleged soil and groundwater contamination from trichloroethylene and perchloroethylene harmed property values and their peace of mind. The deal includes in-home mitigation aid and claims are open until October 10, 2026, with payments varying by sub-area.
