Northrop Grumman Officials Unveil Utah Facility Supporting B-21 Production
Northrop Grumman officials announced a new Layton, Utah facility to support production of the B-21 Raider stealth bomber, with 845,000 square feet across several buildings. The first finished aircraft, able to carry conventional and nuclear munitions, is expected next year for Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota. The Air Force has requested at least 100 aircraft, and the Layton site plans capacity for up to 1,500 employees by 2032.
