Nokia has opened a new research and development center in Riyadh to expand AI-powered network automation and orchestration for communications service providers and enterprises. The effort aims to build local engineering expertise through training, boot camps and certifications, and to support AI-ready infrastructure for 5G and 6G, including agentic tools to improve network performance and energy efficiency.
