Nitish Mittersain will step down as CEO of Nazara Technologies but continue as managing director. Raymond Stauffer, a former Google executive and founder of Bluetile Games, will lead day-to-day operations, integration and portfolio performance. Nazara’s UK unit has agreed to buy 50% stakes in each business for $100.3 million, paying $89 million at close and the rest in instalments by 1 April 2027, pending closing requirements.
