After a lengthy case, the Hague District Court ruled that sales of MIG Switch Cards and MIG Dumpers are a crime and ordered all sales of these and similar devices by the manufacturer to stop immediately. The court found the two-piece system, marketed for backups of game files, was used to load software and play copyrighted content.
