Nike appointed former Foot Locker executive Kristin Bauer to run operations at its struggling Converse brand. Bauer, previously chief supply chain officer at Foot Locker until April, will join Converse as chief operating officer on Sept. 14. She will report to Nike’s COO, Venky Alagirisamy, per an internal memo signed by Converse CEO Aaron Cain.
