Next Jeep Cherokee set for Stellantis STLA One platform in US
Stellantis plans to build the next-generation Jeep Cherokee in the US on its STLA One platform, starting pilot production at Belvidere in the first half of 2028 and targeting retail launches in the second half of 2029. Investment in Belvidere is expected to rise to more than $800 million, as part of FaSTLAne 2030. Stellantis also plans over $13 billion in US investment over four years and says it will refresh and launch 23 models to reach 90% coverage by 2030.
