Newmark Mountain West acquired the historic 1924 Ford Building at 280 S. 400 West, taking it off the Downtown office vacancy market. The firm plans a $40 million renovation and to occupy the building in 2027 as corporate headquarters for Newmark and Mountain West Strategic, relocating from its current South Temple office. Over 320 people are expected to work there.
