Nestlé Waters agreed to sell a 50% stake in its waters business to Platinum Equity, spinning its Waters and Premium Beverages operations into a new standalone company, Peranel. Peranel will house 30+ global water and beverage brands and is expected to rely on growth, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
