Nestlé to Sell Holistic Health Mainstream VMS Platform for $1B
Yellow Wood Partners plans to acquire Nestlé’s Holistic Health mainstream vitamins, minerals and supplements (VMS) platform for $1.0 billion. The business generated $1.2 billion in sales in 2025, largely in the U.S., with presence in Canada and China. The deal includes seven brands—Nature’s Bounty, Osteo Bi-Flex, Ester-C, Gard, Nuun, Puritan’s Pride and Sisu—plus related private-label operations and manufacturing, packaging, warehousing and distribution.
