NBCC’s Board set August 28, 2026 as the record date for eligibility to its final dividend of ₹0.46 per share. Shareholders must update details or submit Form ISR-1, and e-voting runs September 8–10, 2026 ahead of an AGM on September 11. NBCC will deduct TDS, and documents for concessional rates must be submitted by September 5. Profit after tax was ₹742.44 crore, with energy intensity improving to 0.052 GJ per lakh rupee.
