NBCC India signed an agreement with the government of the Republic of Seychelles for the Ile Aurore Housing Project, covering 1,008 affordable housing units and associated infrastructure. The Export-Import Bank of India will fund the development through a USD 75 million line of credit, with construction expected to start soon. The deal was signed on July 29 with Seychelles Vice President Sebastien Pillay and NBCC CMD K P Mahadevaswamy present.
