Nazara Technologies plans to propel growth through its largest-ever acquisition, saying integrating Bluetile Games and BestPlay could deliver a combined FY27 revenue run-rate of around ₹4,000 crore. It will buy 100% of both via a $303 million all-cash deal after revising an earlier phased structure. Nazara reported ₹429 crore revenue and ₹46 crore EBITDA for Q1 ended June 2026, and ₹1,829 crore revenue with ₹255 crore EBITDA in FY26.
