Navitas Semiconductor says first shipments of U.S.-manufactured 5th Generation GaNFast technology will start in September with GlobalFoundries. The Gen 5 GaNFast FETs and power ICs are designed for production at GlobalFoundries’ 200mm GaN-on-silicon facility in Burlington, Vermont.
