Webtoon Entertainment, Naver’s online comics platform, said it will raise $315 million through a US Nasdaq initial public offering by issuing 150 million shares. The Los Angeles-based company described the share sale in its IPO plan. The news comes as NCSOFT reported profit ahead of forecasts on strong Lineage W sales.
