Naver filed a criminal complaint with South Korean police against Viva Republica, the operator of Toss, accusing it of business obstruction and violations of the Information and Communications Network Act. Naver said about 99% of abusive reward-search traffic targeting its platform came from Toss and that the reward missions drive artificial clicks that undermine search credibility.
