MTN Creates Africa Data-Centre Holding With UAE-Backed Partner
MTN Group set up Africa Data Hub Holding to invest in data centres and supporting infrastructure across Africa. The unit was formed after a strategic partnership with a UAE-backed data-centre investment platform, disclosed in MTN’s interim report for the first half of 2026. MTN expects the venture to build on its existing continent-wide data-centre footprint to expand digital infrastructure.
