Mouser Electronics is now stocking Infineon’s CYT6BJ TRAVEO T2G 32-bit automotive microcontrollers. The CYT6BJ series offers a 320 MHz quad-core design and 16 MB Flash with enhanced internal Flash and FOTA support to enable more sophisticated software-defined vehicle systems, including body electronics, power distribution, BCMs, gateways and zone control.
