Morgan Stanley picked Dallas for a major expansion outside New York, planning to relocate up to 4,800 jobs to Texas by 2031 and move in two phases into a $1.3 billion skyscraper at 2401 McKinney Ave, where demolition has started for a former Gold’s Gym. A Plan Commission approval also greenlit illuminated exterior signs on its Fountain Place tower downtown.
