Monster Energy sales rise 21.6% as alcohol revenue drops 15.2%
Monster Beverage’s energy drinks climbed more than 21% in the second quarter, with the Monster Energy Drinks division up 21.6% to US$2.36bn, while alcohol brands such as beer, hard seltzer and flavoured malt drinks fell 15.2% to US$32.2m. Net sales excluding alcohol rose 20.8%. First-half 2026 alcohol sales were US$64.9m vs US$72.7m, and regulators are moving toward a statutory high-caffeine limit for under-16s.
