Molson Coors is installing a state-of-the-art heat pump system at its Burton Brewery to modernise operations and improve energy efficiency. The system recovers waste heat from refrigeration to reduce the need for natural gas in process heating, supporting lower emissions. The upgrade comes alongside a new 24-tonne high-speed filler and packaging keg-line upgrades, as part of a program claiming Scope 1 and 2 emissions cuts in the UK and Ireland.
