MOL to Invest in Offshore Wind CSOVs for European Operations

Japan’s Mitsui O.S.K. Lines will invest in and jointly own two commissioning service operation vessels (CSOVs) with Cyprus-based Schoeller Holdings, delivered in 2027. The vessels will be operated by a Germany-based offshore energy vessel developer and commercial operator. The move marks MOL’s first entry into Europe’s offshore wind support vessel business.
