Mitsubishi says it plans to bring several new vehicles, supported by its Nissan partnership, to rebuild its U.S. mainstream presence. A brand image shows six upcoming models, including an Eclipse Sportback EV likely based on the Nissan Leaf and an Outlander plug-in hybrid. A rugged Outlander variant is due by end-2027. The lineup excludes a new Lancer Evolution as Mitsubishi focuses on trucks and SUVs.
