Mitsubishi Materials to Invest €50 Million to Expand Tungsten Recycling in Goslar
Mitsubishi Materials will invest about €50 million via its German subsidiary H.C. Starck Tungsten to expand tungsten scrap processing at the Goslar plant from about 5,000 tons a year to 7,000 tons. Construction begins later in 2026, with completion in 2028. The firm expects the site to source nearly all tungsten from recycled feedstock after the expansion.
