Mitsubishi Corporation’s North American arm plans to spend $26 million renovating four floors of the Enterprise Plaza tower at 1100 Louisiana Street in Downtown Houston. After leasing 92,000 square feet in July, it intends to move from 1221 McKinney Street. Scheduled work begins Sep. 30 and is due to finish by April 30, 2027, with demolitions and upgrades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, finishes, and new stairs.
