Microsoft confirmed the Saudi Arabia East datacenter region will be available to customers in November 2026, letting government and private organizations access supported Microsoft cloud and AI services with local hosting of eligible workloads and data. The company says the region will support mission-critical deployments, strengthen resilience, accelerate AI adoption, and help drive around 100,000 new jobs in Saudi Arabia.
