Micron Contracts Include $100B Minimum Customer Revenue Floors
Micron’s contracts include minimum-price commitments worth about $100 billion, backed by 14 customers and structured as take-or-pay obligations across the remaining contract terms. Management says revenue should run above the minimums and that the deals address prior-cycle margin troughs. Agreements cover roughly 20% of DRAM and a third of NAND volume (about 25% of revenue), with some deals capped to Q2 2026 market prices.
