Michael Weber is leaving Mondelez to become vice president of North America R&D in the coffee operating unit of Keurig Dr Pepper. He spent 24 years at Mondelez across R&D and other roles, including sustainability, and earlier worked 10 years in coffee R&D at Kraft Foods. He joins as KDP integrates a newly acquired JDE Peet global coffee business with Keurig to form a new, unnamed all-coffee company, while still expecting to split in two by year-end.
