Michael Burry Warns Palantir Could Drop Below $100B
Michael Burry renewed his bearish view of Palantir, saying investors give the company too much credit for AI growth. Palantir’s market value has risen to about $432.4 billion, but Burry warned it could fall below $100 billion. He cited deferred revenue-to-revenue of ~32% vs Accenture’s ~31%, rising accounts receivable to $1.49 billion, criticism of stock-based compensation and tax benefits, federal NOLs rising to $9 billion, and a $1 billion buyback authorization canceled after about $75 million repurchased in 2025.
