MGP Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, has announced its first namesake bourbon brand, Chapter One: Out of the Shadows. The 10-year-old, 111-proof straight bourbon is aged and blended from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, with notes described as butterscotch, cherry, raspberries, chocolate, and a long cherry cola finish. The bottle was revealed at the Kentucky Bourbon Festival.
