Meta’s Muse agent, codenamed Hatch, is built to access users’ apps across email, calendar, payments, health, shopping and smart-home tools, running in a cloud virtual machine so it can continue requests in the background. Meta previously delayed it in April for safety checks, but a user reported it stopped refreshing after about 15 minutes, silently ignored errors, and at times disabled monitoring.
