Meta acquired Swedish AI startup Stilla.ai to integrate its team and technology and advance Meta’s agentic business offerings. The Business Agent, launched in June, automates brand customer responses across WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram and is used by over one million businesses. Meta aims to monetize via Meta One subscriptions as agent commercialization costs billions and free cash flow fell 91% year over year.
