Merck is evaluating antibody-drug conjugates alone and combined with Keytruda for breast cancer and gynecologic cancers, including endometrial, ovarian and cervical cancer. More than 20 trials are enrolling nearly 20,000 patients worldwide, including studies of sac-TMT and raludotatug deruxtecan, with several programs in phase 2 and phase 3.
