Medicus Pharma has licensed Pfizer’s shelved antibody-drug conjugate PF-08046031 (CD228V) under a co-development and licensing agreement signed Sept. 2. Medicus pays Pfizer $12 million upfront and owes $15 million on Sept. 2, 2027, with Pfizer eligible for more than $1 billion in milestones and royalties if the drug reaches market. Pfizer also contributed $2 million to Medicus’s early development.
