Marico expands Jalashay water stewardship, creating 70 crore litres of potential

Marico’s Jalashay programme, launched for World Water Week 2026, partners with local communities to improve water availability and agricultural resilience through conservation infrastructure, sustainable farming and water stewardship across its manufacturing. As of FY26, 25% of its water-stressed footprint is certified water neutral, and the Puducherry unit is ZLD. In Jalgaon, Maharashtra, it created 70 crore litres of water potential for 4,000+ farmers in seven villages.
