Manulife Prices $750M U.S. Offering of 6.146% Subordinated Notes
Manulife Financial priced a U.S. public offering of $750 million of 6.146% subordinated notes due 2041, issued Sept. 11, 2026. Notes pay a fixed rate until the Sept. 11, 2036 reset date, then a CMT-based rate plus 1.350% through 2041. The company may redeem starting Sept. 11, 2031 with prior approval from Canada’s financial superintendent.
