Mankind Pharma’s wholly owned subsidiary, Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited, has received member approval to proceed with voluntary liquidation, moving the process to the creditor consent stage after an EGM on September 7, 2026. Mankind acquired BSVL for ₹13,768 crore in October 2024 and previously transferred its women’s health generic portfolio for ₹797 crore, integrating remaining R&D and specialty platforms into the parent.
