Mankind Pharma signed an exclusive in-licensing agreement with China’s Chongqing Chenan Biopharmaceutical to commercialise two insulin analogues in India, seeking to expand its injectable diabetes portfolio through further Chinese partnerships. Diabetes therapies revenue was ₹1,073 crore on a trailing 12-month basis and the firm holds a 4.4% share, with insulin expected to grow alongside oral drugs. In 2024 it licensed cancer drug sintilimab in India with Innovent Biologics.
