Police said a Wells Fargo manager reported Christopher Lee Williams, 44, had been sitting in the lobby drinking water for an extended time. After employees asked him to leave, Williams allegedly threatened to shoot and “blow up” the bank and made a handgun-like gesture. Officers said he then dented an employee’s vehicle twice, located him nearby, and charged him with malicious injury to property and aggravated breach of peace.
