Maersk Adds AS Petronia to SLN Mediterranean Service via Algeciras

Maersk has incorporated the container ship AS Petronia into its SLN service, Mediterranean Sea C, which connects the western and eastern Mediterranean while keeping the Port of Algeciras in rotation. The move increases the number of vessels serving routes including Turkey, Israel, and Egypt. The SLN Mediterranean Sea C rotation was set in April 2025 after changes to Spanish and Fos-sur-Mer stops.
